Our Minds Are The Most Powerful Tool We Have
"All men dream but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes, to make it possible."
~Thomas Edward Lawrence
As we grow older, we are asked to give up our imagination and belief in the unseen. We are asked to accept what is in front of us as reality. This new version of ourselves is asked to stop believing in ourselves and what we can create, and instead focus on the reality in front of us.
You see, our minds are the most powerful tool we have, and what we believe will show up in our lives. If you don't believe you can make more money, get that promotion or buy a new house, or start a new business- then chances are you won't. Why? Because your mind will keep you exactly where you're at. Our thoughts become things and it's time to start using the Law of Attraction to our advantage.
Your thoughts have an immediate influence on the life you live. Meditation, visualization, and affirmation are all useful mental instruments to utilize. This allows us to reshape our attitudes and attract what we want into our life.
When you start to believe in yourself and what you're capable of, your life will begin to change. The things you once thought were impossible will become possible. You'll start achieving goals you never thought possible and living a life you love.
It all starts with changing the stories you tell yourself about who you are and what's possible for your life. So if you're ready to raise your game and create the life of your dreams, it's time to start believing in yourself!
"The best way to find out if you can trust somebody is to trust them." ~Ernest Hemingway
One of the most important things in life is learning who you can trust. You need to be able to trust yourself before you can trust anyone else. Start by making a list of the people in your life that you know you can count on. These are the people that will be there for you no matter what.
Then, take a look at the relationships in your life and see if they are based on trust. If not, it may be time to let them go. Remember, you deserve to be surrounded by people that make you feel good about yourself and that you can trust.
If you want to achieve great things in life, you need to start by believing in yourself. When you have doubts, it's important to remember that they are just thoughts. Thoughts are not reality.
You have the power to choose what you think and believe. So if you're doubting your ability to achieve something, ask yourself if that's really true or if you're just letting your doubts get in the way. Remember, you are capable of anything you set your mind to!
"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." ~Eleanor Roosevelt
Your dreams are worth fighting for! Don't let anyone tell you that they're not possible. If you want something bad enough, you'll find a way to make it happen. It may not be easy, but it will be worth it.
Start by writing down your dreams and what you want to achieve. Then, make a plan of action and start taking steps towards making them a reality. The more you believe in your dreams, the more likely they are to come true!
"The only thing standing between you and your goal is the story you keep telling yourself as to why you can't achieve it." ~Jordan Belfort
When it comes to expectations, I believe that the sky truly is the limit. No matter what you want in life, if you have the right mindset and are willing to put in the work, you can achieve it. So often we allow our limitations to be dictated by our thoughts and beliefs but it doesn't have to be this way. If we raise our expectations and learn to harness the power of our minds, there is no telling what we can achieve. So dream big Sis and think even bigger – anything is possible!
Until next time,
Le
